Appointments

Please Note Prior to Making an Appointment:

• I offer in-person and virtual sessions; however, I strongly encourage everyone to come in person if possible.

• I do not see anyone younger than 15 years old

  • If you are a parent seeking treatment for your child, please note that  I will require some kind of family session/meeting, often bi-weekly, but we can discuss what will be best for you are your family. 

Payment Structure:

• I will be taking Blue Cross Blue Shield and MVP until January 1st 2026 after this date private pay only. 

• Out of Network - I am happy to provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement (what is a super bill and how does it work?)

  • I am happy to make a session 1 hour and 15 minutes and use those extra 15 minutes to help you navigate Supper Billing, insurance is complicated!  ​

• If you are paying privately or plan to seek treatment out of network I follow the Federal Poverty Guidelines to asses payment:

Zone 1: 100$/1 session 

Zone 2: 125$/1 session 

Zone 3: 150$/1 session 

Zone 4: 175$/1 session
